Speaker profile: Ryan Marsh

Ryan is the global head distributed ledger technology (DLT) and digital innovation for Citi’s Securities Services division. In this role, Ryan is responsible for developing and implementing the firm’s strategy, developing external partnerships and driving industry initiatives.

With 25 years of experience across the securities services industry, Ryan works closely with both clients and market participants to drive innovation and market change. He represents Citi at several industry associations and market infrastructure advisory boards.

Ryan joined Citi in 1996 and has since held several senior positions within Securities Services, including product management, product development and operations. Prior to his current role Ryan was head of Custody clearing and settlement product development and was responsible for leading the business’s strategic fintech initiatives, developing new clearing and settlement products and regulatory change.
