Herman Abel is a seasoned development finance professional with over 15 years of experience spanning construction, property development, and private credit solutions. As the Founder and Managing Partner of InDome Capital, he specialises in bridging the financing gap for property developers by providing tailored mezzanine and equity funding solutions. His expertise lies in structuring efficient, risk-adjusted financial strategies that enhance project viability and maximise investor returns.

With a background in product and portfolio management at Aculab plc and Siemens, Herman transitioned into the property sector, founding Aleron Fire Protection Ltd in 2010, a leading provider of passive fire protection services. In 2019, he established InDome Capital, now a distinguished credit provider for SME-scale property development projects across the UK. Through its own proprietary SmartEquity® IT solution, InDome combines equity financing with advanced project monitoring, ensuring developments achieve industry-leading profitability and efficiency.

Herman holds an MBA in International Finance from Grenoble Ecole de Management and an Undergraduate Certificate in Coaching from the University of Cambridge. Beyond his professional career, he holds a Private Pilot License.
