Rajitha is professional with over 15 years of experience in risk, compliance, internal audit & financial crime within general insurance sector. She is currently working as Group Financial Crime Officer for Domestic & General insurance and formerly worked with Aviva insurance for nearly ten years in various disciplines within risk, internal audit and compliance. Rajitha obtained a Masters in Terrorism, International Crime and Global Security from Coventry University in 2021, passing with Distinction. In 2023 she won Head of Financial Crime of the Year at Women in Governance, Risk and Compliance Awards.
