Speaker profile: Simon Wax

Simon Wax joined Buzzacott in 2008 and is a Partner in the Corporate and Business Services team. He heads up Buzzacott's specialist tech and media team, which looks after many of their creative and innovative businesses including IT consultancies, digital agencies, e-commerce platforms and fintech companies.

Simon and his team provide commercial advice and financial services to fast growing UK and international private companies to help them grow and achieve their goals and ambitions. This involves delivering services to startups right the way through to advising on an eventual exit.

Having not only worked in accounting but also in corporate banking advising on acquisition deals, Simon is well placed to look after companies undergoing change. Prior to Buzzacott, Simon held senior positions at BDO and RBS, where he managed a large portfolio of private and public clients in the Technology, Media and Telecoms sector.
