Rob Barnett is a senior business and transformation leader with extensive experience delivering large-scale change across FS, Insurance, Retail and Utilities. He has held C-suite roles including Chief People Officer, COO and Managing Director, and has led multiple £100m+ transformation programmes alongside major M&A and organisational change.

His experience includes senior leadership roles across RBS, Direct Line, FriendsLife and Aviva, giving him a practical perspective on what it takes to turn technology into sustainable organisational change.
