Cali began her career in data and strategy roles, joining AXA as part of the Customer Analytics team a decade ago. She has witnessed the evolution of customer needs and the pivotal role of data in shaping business operations.

In her current role, Cali is dedicated to fostering a data-centric culture within AXA, understanding its crucial role in driving innovation and growth. She also ensures that the organisation prioritises the right AI use cases that deliver tangible value for both the business and its customers, aligning strategic initiatives with real-world impact.

Outside of work, Cali is an enthusiastic runner and traveller, having participated in events like the Lewa Safari Marathon in Kenya. She is also a dedicated mother to two young boys, balancing her professional and personal life with passion and commitment.
