Speaker profile: Michal Kurowski

Michał Kurowski is a Group IT Transformation Leader at Raiffeisen Bank International AG. He is responsible for Group-wide IT transformation program (including Cloud migration acceleration, Core banking systems modernization, Data mesh, Strategic Workforce planning etc.).

Michał specializes in financial services sector thanks to his time in PwC Consulting (leading the FS Strategy&Operations team in CEE) as well as his role now in RBI. He was delivering projects in almost 20 countries which enabled him to understand different perspective and innovations. Due to having also experience in not only technology related topics, but also business ones, he is always also looking for the non-IT value that technology can bring to the organisation.
