Ting leads Global Client Success at Ekata, a Mastercard company, which serves a rapidly growing customer base of Fortune 100 companies across Europe, Asia/Pacific, Latin America, and North America. As a member of the executive leadership team, Ting oversees Ekata's customer base across all regions and is responsible for building enduring customer relationship by delivering best-in-class service that drives maximum value for each customer.

Ting joined Ekata (formerly known as White Pages Pro) in 2014. More recently, Ting won Executive of the Year in the 2021 Excellence in Customer Service Award presented by Business Intelligence Group and Customer Service Leader of the Year and Woman of the Year in Customer Service in the 15th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
