Speaker profile: Corey Crossan
Corey Crossan is a research and teaching fellow at The Oxford Character Project, where she develops and facilitates character development programs for students, industry, and university partners. Her research explores how character can be developed and embedded into organisations to enhance performance, well-being, and strategic impact. Drawing on her background in Exercise Science and experience as an NCAA Division I athlete, she brings a habit-formation approach to helping individuals and organisations achieve sustained excellence. She is the co-founder of Virtuosity Character, a mobile app supporting the daily, deliberate practice of character-based leadership development, and, as part of her work with Virtuosity, has been endorsed by Tech Nation in the United Kingdom as a Global Talent in digital technology—joining a select community of founders and innovators advancing the UK’s world-leading tech ecosystem.
