Speaker profile: Ian Hollowbread

Ian is the Innovation lead for Risk within Group COO where he is globally responsible for bringing in new innovative technologies to support improvements in regulatory processes, to enhance compliance and to pro-actively protect the financial system at large. Ian joined ING in 2001 within Wholesale Banking and has covered a variety of roles supporting the delivery of significant front to back technology, operational and regulatory programs. From 2017, Ian has been leading the way in the future of compliance, from the formation of RegTech Labs London, to piloting cross functional collaborations bringing together employees, technology, regulators, advisors and peers to solve real business problems in a cost-effective way. Ian has become a trusted RegTech industry advisor and mentor towards emerging and growth technologies.
