BullionVault goes mobile

Precious metals market BullionVault has launched a new mobile interface and Android app. This builds on the company’s iPhone app, which has been downloaded by 11,000 Apple users in 159 countries.

The app gives users live real-time and historical gold and silver charts, instant pricing from BullionVault's physical gold and silver markets and access to live trading. Johnny Stewart, head of product at BullionVault, says: "The popularity of our new mobile apps demonstrates that gold and silver are highly relevant to investors and savers in the 21st century. They trust the solidity and security of physical bullion. Being able to check the current price of gold and silver or to buy and sell through their mobile is just as important to them as checking the news and banking online."
