Tim Decker
Head of e-Channels for HSBC's Payments and Cash Management business in Europe.
Tim is responsible for the HSBCnet and HSBC Connect electronic banking solutions, he is also responsible for SWIFT Corporate access. Prior to working at HSBC, he held a number of senior management roles at JPMorgan and Citibank, working in both business and technology. He has extensive experience in the field of payments and client connectivity. Tim has an MBA from Henley Management College.

Neil has responsibility for payments strategy and industry relationships for Nationwide, the world’s largest building society with over 14 million customers and £180 billion assets. Neil’s scope of responsibility includes electronic payments, cards and cheques, as well as Nationwide Group payments risk.
Neil has worked in the banking, savings and mortgage industry for over 20 years and has wide experience in the Retail, Operations and Project Management disciplines.

Baron Harris of Haringey is a past president of the Cambridge Union Society, a former leader of Haringey Borough Council, and a Life Peer.
He is currently Treasurer of the Parliamentary Information Technology Committee and the Home Secretary's representative on the Metropolitan Police Authority with responsibility for overseeing security.
He is a member of the House of Lords Select Committee looking into "Personal Internet Security"and has represented the UK in international internet policy meetings.

Garreth Griffith,

Garreth Griffith is PayPal’s Head of Risk Management in the UK and Ireland. He is tasked with protecting PayPal’s customers (buyers, sellers, small and large merchants) in these countries from all kinds of fraudulent activity, as well as coordinating efforts with other PayPal teams around the globe. A significant portion of his role is devoted to collaborating with global Law Enforcement to investigate cases and bring online criminals to justice. PayPal’s Law Enforcement Affairs team cooperates with prosecutory authorities around the world, leading to multiple arrests every month.
Garreth also represents PayPal as a Director for Get Safe Online and lead the development of the original Get Safe Online website in 2005

Colin Whittaker

Colin Whittaker is the Head of Security for APACS http://www.apacs.org.uk/. APACS was set up in 1985 as a non-statutory Association of major banks and building societies and has become the UK Payments Industry Trade Association.
Colin is actively involved with a range of technical information security issues including PKI and personal identity, as it relates to the payments industry and as new delivery channels are developed between financial institutions and their customers. In this work is closely involved in reviewing the many consultative papers emerging from the UK government on the move to personal identity, E Government and its relationship with the future Digital Citizen.

Martin Smith

Martin Smith has had a fascinating and varied career in the world of espionage. His unique knowledge of counter-terrorism, counter-fraud and computer security is in enormous demand from commercial corporations around the world.
Martin gained his degree in behavioural psychology before spending nearly 15 years as a commissioned officer in the Royal Air Force, mainly assigned to counter-espionage and counter-terrorism duties throughout East and West Europe. After being awarded membership of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) for this work, he left the Service to carve out a second career in the commercial sector. He joined Touche Ross Management Consultants before becoming the Senior Director of Corporate Security for Kroll Associates, the world’s foremost commercial counter-intelligence and security organisation. He then joined the Standard Chartered Bank as Head of Information Security before (in 1997) forming The Security Company (International) Limited.
Martin and his specialist team help major corporations around the world to implement effective security awareness campaigns. He is an internationally recognised author and speaker on his subject. Over the years he has presented at all the leading world security conferences.
Martin is a Fellow of The Security Institute; in March 2009 he was elected to its Board of Directors. He is also the Chairman/Founder of the Security Awareness Special Intere3st Group (SASIG), and an active member of the Information Security Awareness Forum (ISAF).

Daniel Estermann has been engaged intensely in the subject of web application security for more than ten years. Daniel Estermann holds a Master’s degree in computer science of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and an additional degree in business administration and economics. Coming from AdNovum Informatik AG he has more than five six years of experience as a software engineer, project leader and senior consultant. Daniel Estermann joined phion (former Visonys AG) in September 2005. He is now responsible for the strategic development of the airlock product line.

Owen McKee

With over ten years experience in the IT industry, Owen is responsible for sales operations within the UK and Ireland, with a particular focus on the development of relationships with Avocent partners.
He previously held a similar role at Cyclades, before it was acquired by Avocent in March 2006. At Cyclades, Owen was instrumental in positioning the company as one of the major players in the UK’s infrastructure solutions market. Prior to joining Cyclades, he oversaw strategic global accounts for Fujitsu and IBM at Scantech UK Ltd.
