Banque Raiffeisen boosts credit chain digitalisation with new platform

Luxembourg-based cooperative bank Banque Raiffeisen has deployed new platform to boost its credit chain digitalisation.

The platform, developed by nCino, provides a range of services including automated workflow, document management, and real-time reporting, aimed at accelerating the processing time of loans and improving the digital customer experience.

The technology supports a wide range of lending products, from complex commercial loans to consumer loans, while maintaining regulatory compliance.

It also offers a single digital loan file accessible to all stakeholders aiming to facilitate efficient and compliant loan management.

With the move, the bank said it aims to boost operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and strengthen regulatory compliance.

Laurent Zahles, chairman of the management board of Banque Raiffeisen, commented on the partnership: “Choosing nCino as our platform will provide our customers with intelligent solutions that enable us to continue meeting their needs and expectations far into the future.”

Joaquín de Valenzuela, managing director of EMEA at nCino added the partnership comes at an unprecedented time of evolution for financial services where advancements in AI and intelligence-driven solutions offer “unprecedented opportunities to transform banking experiences.”
