Judith Eden joins TSB board

TSB has announced that Judith Eden has joined its board as non-executive director and as audit committee chair.

Eden has more than 30 years' experience in financial services, having held roles spanning audit, operational, financial, and strategic at PwC and Morgan Stanley.

TSB said that as director and chief administrative officer of Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM), she oversaw a period of "significant restructuring and change".

Eden also served as chief executive of MSIM's international cross-border fund management company.

Since 2015, she has been a non-executive director on the boards of several companies including Pension Insurance Corporation plc, Invesco UK Ltd, ICBC Standard Bank plc and Flood Re Ltd.

“I am delighted to welcome Judith to TSB," said Nick Prettejohn, TSB chair. "Her extensive experience in financial services and depth of knowledge will be a valuable addition to the Board as we lead TSB to deliver Money Confidence for its customers.”
