Klarna Kosma partners Moss on Open Banking

Klarna Kosma, the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) company’s FinTech platform for banks, has announced it will provide Open Banking services for Moss, the SME expense manager.

Moss provides digital expense management and smart corporate cards to SMEs in the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands.

Moss will use Klarna Kosma’s Open Banking platform to help its customers monitor their spending, with the aim of providing real-time visibility over what is spent and where.

“With access to Klarna Kosma, Moss will be better equipped to drive its international expansion plans and meet its wider business goals,” said Jörg Heilmann, senior solution engineer at Klarna Kosma.

He continued: “We recognise that Moss has a vital role to play in the European market in helping SMEs harness their financial management, and with the use of Klarna Kosma they will be able to do this on an even bigger scale.”

The partnership comes as the latest for Klarna, who has also been developing an Open Banking ‘autopilot’, which gives firms access to a free product development sandbox built on its bank aggregation platform.
